Bulgarian Headhunters is a consulting company specialized in recruiting multilingual talents across
Europe for our global clients in numerous sectors like IT, BPO, Finance, Healthcare services and
more.
Our client is currently looking to recruit a Spanish speaking Customer Service Advisor in their office
in Sofia.
The Welcome and Support Centre (WSC) provides technical support and replacement parts logistic
support. WSC customer solution representatives (CSR) will be the first line of contact for customers
with technical problems or requiring replacement parts. The primary contact method is telephone, but
CSR also have to respond to written requests for support via e-mail, internet and in some cases fax.
Responsibilities:
∙ Deal directly with customers by phone and email
∙ Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
∙ Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated manager or director
∙ Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
∙ Follow up on customer interactions
∙ Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate bug reports to management
∙ Performs additional tasks according to business needs
Requirements:
∙ High school, college or university degree
∙ Excellent customer care skills
∙ Fluency in Spanish and English (Minimum B2)
∙ Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and very good typing skills
∙ Ability to work on flexible shifts
