Raviolis filled with boletus and Torta del Casar Quescrem
INGREDIENTS
-16 slices of paste Wanton
- 200 g. porcini
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tub of Quescrem Torta del Casar
- Chive
- 1 shallot
- Cream
- Salt
ELABORATION
We cook pasta sheets for 2 minutes in water with oil. Then we pass them to a bowl with cold water and oil.
On the other hand, we put the finely chopped garlic in a frying pan, and we add the cut and sautéed mushrooms.
For the sauce, we fry the shallots, we add the cheese and then the cream, to create a cream. Once it got the chopped
chives joins and we reserve.
Fill the pasta with the previously sauteed mushrooms. We close the ravioli with square shape. Finaly we present
accompanied with the sauce.
