350 grams of carrots
350 grams of green beans
3 or 4 heads of garlic
1 small tin of corn
3 potatoes
2 or 3 eggs, beaten
Plenty of tomato sauce
Preparation
Boil the vegetables and cut into cubes, cover them well with the
fried garlic. Place in a baking dish, with some diced roasted
potatoes. First add the tomato sauce and then the corn. Just
before baking, add the beaten eggs. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
