Online bill pay from your financial or banking institution If you use your own institution to pay your bill, you will need to provide your new account number to process the payment. Bank draft payments to M.U.D. If you are on Bank Draft payment plan to the District, no changes are required. The District will draft the amount due (stated amount on the bill) from your account electronically via the ACH system, per the arrangements currently in place. If you want to enroll in the Bank Draft payment plan, please contact Customer Service at 402.554.6666 or 800.732.5864. M.U.D. on-line payment (MyAccount) If you use MyAccount to pay your bill online, please use your new account number to process your payment. The service provides customers with 24-hour access to billing and account information. You can view and pay your bill, review account activity and utility use for the past 24 months, and update account information. Use automated phone menu to save time Our employees are training on the new billing system to help provide more efficient service to you. During this training and implementation period you may experience longer wait times to reach a customer service agent.
