Informar los objetivos que su empresa tiene para participar en la Misión Comercial; sea este el caso de identificar un agente o distribuidor, establecer franquicias, consorcios, ventas directas, evaluar el mercado u otro. 2. La cuota de participación para hasta dos representantes de empresa es de $1,000.00, no es reembolsable en caso que la empresa cancele su participación y no incluye el costo del crucero. Cada participante adicional tiene un costo de $300.00. 3. Los gastos de alojamiento, alimentos, transporte marítimo, transporte aéreo, transporte terrestre y gastos imprevistos son responsabilidad de cada empresa participante. 4. Someter todos los documentos oficiales relacionados a la participación de su empresa en el evento y pago de cuota de participación, antes del 20 de mayo de 2014. . 5. El producto o servicio a promover tiene que tener un contenido de americano (servicios y productos puertorriqueños son considerados americanos) de 51% o mas. 6. Si su agenda de citas requiere se coordinen reuniones de fuera del hotel sede del evento, el empresario es responsable de pagar el costo de la transportación. Se le proveerá asistencia para coordinar el transporte. 7. Notificar antes de salir de Puerto Rico y por escrito al coordinador del evento, si usted o el representante de su empresa tienen que estar más o menos tiempo de los días señalados para el evento. También debe notificar, si usted no participará de alguna actividad en el itinerario oficial de la misión comercial. 8. Ser responsable del pago de envío de muestras, material promocional y cualquier impuesto, arancel y arbitrio sobre las muestras y material promocional estipulado por la aduana de los países a visitar. 9. Ser responsable de completar la Hoja de Evaluación que le entrega el coordinador del evento. En la misma debe mencionar todos los logros obtenidos como resultado de su participación en la misión comercial. 11. Además, LA EMPRESA se compromete en completar y enviar el formulario de seguimiento que la CCE le enviará luego de finalizada la actividad con los resultados obtenidos hasta ese momento. 12. Relevar a la CCE de los daños causados al empresario/a participante en caso de robo, accidente, costos incurridos por enfermedad, medicinas u hospitalización. 13. Verificar si su seguro médico tiene cobertura fuera de Puerto Rico. De no ser así, LA EMPRESA deberá comprar un seguro de viaje al momento de comprar el boleto aéreo. 14. Proveer al coordinador del evento información sobre la persona a notificar en Puerto Rico en caso de emergencia y número de teléfono. 15. Cumplir con cada uno de los requisitos expuestos en este documento ya que esto, contribuirá al logro de sus objetivos y expectativas.
