Supervisar el cumplimiento del programa de auditoría interna.
Velar por que la preparación, presentación y revelación de la información
financiera se ajuste a lo dispuesto en la ley y a los Estatutos Sociales.
Considerar los estados financieros de propósito general de la sociedad
antes de ser puestos a consideración de la Junta Directiva y de la
Asamblea de Accionistas (ley 964 de 2005).
Revisar, cuando lo considere pertinente, los informes de auditoria que
tengan un impacto significativo para la Empresa, a fin de poder efectuar
un seguimiento sobre los mismos.
Verificar el mapa de riesgos de la Empresa y realizar un monitoreo a los
riesgos que impactan las estrategias y los objetivos de la misma.
Oversee the internal audit program compliance.
Ensure that the preparation, presentation and disclosure of the financial
information is according to what is stated in the bylaws of the company.
Take into consideration the financial statements of the company for
general purposes before being presented to the Board of Directors and
the Shareholders General Meeting.(act 964 de 2005).
Review when deemed appropriate, the audit reports that have a
significant impact on the company, in order to follow them up.
Verify the risk map as well as monitor the risks that impact the
strategies and objectives of the company.
