From the 16th of june, the lifts supplied by Raloe will include the new push button BAS120.

These are the reasons for which we took this decision:

A more actual desgin.
Back lighting both in the ring and in the number (Pic. 1)
Compliance with the standards EN-81-70 and EN 81-28
Average saving per lift of 40 € (average of 5 stops)
An improvement in the delivery time of the push button
panels. Thanks to its fastening system the terms of delivery will be around 3 weeks.
A better management of the lift orders. Thus we can supply lifts in 5/6 weeks time, as in the third week of production, it will get to the control panel manufacturer for its prewiring process.
During several months we had been experimenting delays constantly in the production terms of the push
button panels; up to now, in most cases Raloe had assumed the delivery cost of the control panel without
the push button panel, to deliver the pre-wired push button panels later, with the consequent expenses
caused, cost of time for the wiring operation and the shipping expenses.
For all these reasons we decide to use the new push button BAS120
as the standard one; also inform you that for this model, the calling
push button is plain.
From the date previously indicated, the standard lifts with the AV2
(JMT) or SQ (Ceham) push button panels will have a surcharge of 80
€ per lift, since neither Raloe nor the wiring operator are able to keep
assuming these expenses and costs.
Raloe will permanently keep a stock of spare parts of the push button
panels used up to now, as well as for the new push buttons.

aim to fulfil your service expectations and is of your entire
satisfaction.
