www.legalecuador.com LEGAL FLASH #00337 MINISTRY OF LABOR RELATIONS SYSTEM OF CONTRACTS AND ACTS OF SEVERANCE Dear Clients and Friends: We hereby inform that the Ministry of Labor Relations is in the process of developing a new system for the legalization of severance documents and employment contracts, which, as of today Monday, October 6th, should have started to be implemented in its testing phase. Unfortunately the new system is not operating regularly. For this reason we suggest waiting a few days to legalize settlement documents and contracts, as so far we do not know how the new system will work and is not fully enabled.
