ABOUT MNAA
The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA) is the governing
body responsible for the operation of Nashville International Airport
(BNA) and John C. Tune (JWN) Airport and consists of a 10-member
Board of Commissioners appointed by the Mayor of Metro Nashville and
approved by the Metro Council.
MNAA Mission and Vision: To provide the Nashville Airports Experience
through outstanding customer service, facilities and services, bringing the
heartbeat of Music City to the airport.
A RESULTS-DRIVEN ORGANIZATION
MNAA earned the prestigious Excellence Award in 2012 from the
Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence (TNCPE) for meeting the
highest standards of excellence in organizational performance.

MNAA’s Department of Public Safety is accredited by the Commission
on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies and was the first airport
safety agency in North America to achieve this certification. It remains
one of only eight in North America to have achieved it.

center opened in May 2013 and is located at the junction
of C and D concourses.

within walking distance of the terminal.
