HOW TO APPLY:
STUDENTS MUST LIVE OR ATTEND SCHOOL IN THE SAN MATEO-FOSTER CITY SCHOOL
DISTRICT
1. Attend ONE mandatory meeting (Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at 6:00pm or Saturday,
April 25, 2015 at Noon. The meeting will be held at St. James AME Zion Church 825
Monte Diablo Avenue, San Mateo, CA 94401)
2. Complete an application
3. Student must take a pre-test on June 6, 2015
4. Each student MUST attend the first day of the program. If not their spot will be given to
a student on the waitlist.

ESTUDIANTES DEBEN VIVIR O ASISTIR A UNA ESCUELA EN EL DISTRITO DE
SAN MATEO-FOSTER CITY
1. Asistir a una reunión obligatoria (miércoles, 20 de mayo, 2015 a las 6:00 pm o sábado, 25 de
abril, 2015 a las 12 pm . (La reunión se llevará a cabo en la iglesia St. James AME Zion, 825
Monte Diablo Avenue, San Mateo, CA 94401)
2. Llenar una solicitud
3. Los estudiantes deben tomar un pre-test el 6 de junio del 2015
4. Cada estudiante debe asistir al primer día del programa. Si no, su lugar se le dará a un estudiante en la lista de espera.
