Fiat raises US$25 million in Argentina

Estudio Beccar Varela has acted as deal counsel for the issuance of notes worth US$25 million by Fiat
Group’s Argentine financial arm, Fiat Crédito Compañía Financiera.
The notes were issued on 14 August under the company’s US$100 million global issuance programme. Fiat
issued two series of notes, one worth US$9 million and a second set with a value of US$16 million.
Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires also turned to Beccar Varela to act as lead arranger and placement agent.
The notes were listed on the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange and have been admitted to trading on the Mercado
Abierto Electrónico.
