A copy of this FORM must be sent to the Royal Spanish Shooting Federation by fax (+34
915 273 721), or e-mail ([email protected]). Deadline 30/05/2015.
The invitation and a copy of this FORM shall be left in possession of the competitor, who
shall present it if required, on arrival to and departure from Spain. (ATTACHED 1).
