We’ve enhanced the My Account feature on uinet.com. It now
includes a Home Energy Advisor module. This new feature encourages
you to establish personalized savings goals and energy saving plans. You
can select the themed energy profile that most closely matches your habits
and build an energy plan that aligns with your needs at home. Once you
pick the theme, you’ll get helpful advice, and tips on savings via this site.
To enroll in My Account, please click on “Register Now” from UI’s home
page. Then click “next” and follow the 4-step process. Be sure to have your
recent UI bill available as a reference. If you have a My Account, you can access
the new “My Energy” feature when you sign/registered into My Account*
• Click “My Energy”
• Update your Energy Profile and click “Ways to Save”

Give Warmth this Winter
When it’s cold outside, many of us curl up on the couch
in a warm home. For Connecticut families facing financial
difficulties, the winter season may not be so comfortable.
But you can help.
When you contribute to Operation Fuel, you help this
nonprofit program assist qualifying households to pay
their electric bills. To donate, simply add a dollar or two
when you play your electric bill. UI customer contributions
are matched 50 cents on the dollar by The UIL Holdings
