Zwink Nature Club
The Zwink Nature club aims to help students discover, learn, and apply science
concepts as they explore activities including bird watching/feeding, gardening and
other nature-based activities. Students will participate in organized interactive
activities that extend and enrich science curriculum concepts. The club is
operated under the mentorship of Zwink Educators Della Richhart, Irmi Hammit,
and Audrey Koncaba.
At this time, the Nature Club is open to students in 4th and 5th grade only and will
meet on Tuesday afternoons from 3:10 until 4:30 PM. Parents/guardians may pick
up students at the front entrance of the school promptly at 4:30 following
meetings.

Nature Club Meeting Dates
The following are all the scheduled dates for Nature Club meetings for the 2015-16 school year.
These dates are adjusted to accommodate for holidays and STAAR testing days etc. If school
is closed due to inclement weather, Nature Club will also be cancelled.

Juntas para el Club de Naturaleza
Las siguientes son las fechas programadas para las juntas del club de naturaleza para este año
escolar 2015-2016. Estas fechas ya han sido ajustadas para que no interfieran los días feriados
o los días de exámenes estatales. Si la escuela esta cerrada debido al mal tiempo, nuestra junta
será cancelada también.
