Project Architect Dr. Phillips Elementary School Comprehensive Replacement Project manager and project
architect on many K-12 projects, particularly elementary, middle and K-8 school projects. Has a broad
understanding of tilt construction projects. Has proven experience in Design Development and Construction
Drawings to collaborate the development of the design intent to insure production of complete, accurate, and
well-coordinated documents. Responsible for the coordination of consultants, and for communication with
contractors / subcontractors and consultants.
