PRESENTACIÓN
El Proyecto Educativo Institucional –PEI– es entendido como el instrumento
que permite plasmar la propuesta educativa del establecimiento
educacional, en término de garantizar una buena trayectoria escolar para
las y los estudiantes.
Por este motivo, el Ministerio de Educación, junto con invitar a las
comunidades educativas a ser parte activa del proceso de ajuste,
actualización o reformulación de su Proyecto Educativo Institucional,
pone a disposición el presente formato para contener los elementos
centrales de su PEI, con el fin de promover y dar a conocer aquellos
principios que orienten el quehacer educativo de forma transparente a
toda la comunidad educativa.
