B: How can I help you?
A: I can’t sleep at night and I have a terrible headache.
B: How long have you had these symptoms?
A: The headache started last week and I can’t sleep since two nights.
B: Have you had any other symptoms?
A: No I know of.
B: Are you taken any medications?
A: I’m taking some aspirins but they haven’t helped.
B: Are you allergic to any medications?
A: I’m allergic to penicillin.
B: No problem. I’ll prescribe you some pills. This is ibuprofen. It’ll make you feel better.
A: How often should I take the pills?
B: You have to take two every eight hours for five days.
A: Sorry? How often?
B: Two every eight hours.
A: When do I have to come back?
B: If you don’t get any better in next few days, come back next week.
A: Thank you.
B: You’re welcome.
