GT Referral Period Open Until March 4, 2016
Newcastle Independent School District is now taking student referrals from the community for our
Advanced Academics program, formerly Gifted and Talented. If you would like to refer a student for this
program, you may pick up a referral form from the front office. Please return the completed form to the
front office no later than March 4, 2016. Testing will begin in the beginning of April. If you have any
questions or comments about the referral or nominating process at Newcastle School, please contact Ms.
Forbus at 940-846-3531.
