Hurrah the Virgin of the Vineyards!! hurrah!!
Romeria in honored to the Virgin of
the Vineyards, one of the main
holidays of Tomelloso. It takes place
in the last weekend of April, when
thousands of people move to the
Sanctuary of the Virgin in Pinilla,
four kilometres of the locality
towards Pedro Muñoz.
The main aim of this holiday is
spending few days of conviviality
and brotherhood. According to the
custom, everybody has to go to
greet the Virgin to her Sanctuary
and then they may enjoy a nice meal
in the countryside.
The custom is going there, you can either walk or take a bus. Another option is going there inside one
of the typical green coaches ( carrozas de verde ). They are agricultural tows adorned with branches.
The youngest people, mostly teenagers, go inside those tows jumping and ready to spend an
entertaining day in the field. Some artistic coaches also attend that place and the famous “reatas”of
mules that pull typical local carriages.
Next Romeria is beginning with an opening speech by the businessman Juan Ignacio Martínez Onsurbe
and the journalist José Manuel Sampedro Lara on Friday night.
On Saturday night, there are agricultural competitions with tractor and sports tests as usual. After
that, at 10 o'clock in the evening, it's
celebrated a religious procession where the
faithful pray and go behind the Virgin
carrying torches.
On Sunday, after lunch, Virgin together with
the rest of people leave the Sanctuary and
they go to the main square of the town. The
holiday ends with some offerings from the
faithful and diverse traditional Spanish
songs and dances.

Robert et les quarante voleurs
Il était une fois un beau et riche pays. Ce pays était très riche grâce à ses matières premières. Mais surtout, ses
citoyens étaient les plus importants. Ils étaient très aimables, très gentils et très travailleurs. Cependant, les
citoyens étaient très malheureux et très pauvres.
Dans les villes, il y avait peu de travail, il n’y avait pas d’hôpitaux et il y avait peu d’écoles.
Robert était un jeune homme au chômage. Il allait par les rues à la recherche de ferraille. Il sortait à minuit,
avant que les éboueurs y passent.
Une nuit, quand Robert se trouvait à côté d’une poubelle, il a vu plusieurs voitures. Les voitures sont arrivées à
toute vitesse et elles se sont arrêtées en face d’un grand bâtiment de couleur blanche. Alors, Robert s’est caché
derrière la poubelle. Il a compté quarante hommes dont chacun portait un porte-document noir. Ils sont entrés
vite dans ce bâtiment. Une demi-heure plus tard, les quarante hommes sont montés rapidement dans leurs
voitures.
Robert a pensé : “C’est bizarre!” Il ne pouvait plus bouger tant il avait peur. Mais, quelques minutes après,
Robert est arrivé à ce bâtiment et sur le trottoir il a vu plusieurs billets de 500 euros. Alors, il a regardé une
fenêtre qu’il avait vue avant. Cette fenêtre était ouverte et il est entré à l’intérieur. Il n’avait jamais vu autant
d’argent. Sa surprise a été encore plus grande quand il a reconnu les photos des membres du gouvernement.
Sans y penser, il est allé voir la police. Robert avait découvert un lieu pour le blanchiment d’argent.
La police a arrêté quarante hommes et femmes pour blanchiment d’argent. Avec cet argent, les citoyens
auraient pu avoir des écoles, des hôpitaux et plus de postes de travail.
Le gouvernement a donné à Robert une récompense et un poste en CDI.

Avisar a los compañeros de la celebración de un slam.
Cocción:
¿Qué es el slam?
Es tanto un movimiento social, cultural y artístico, como una práctica
igualitaria, democrática en común, donde todo el mundo está invitado a participar con total libertad de estilo y genero
para expresarse, en esta ocasión, sobre “El día del libro”.
En un tiempo límite de tres minutos, sin música, en igualdad de condiciones.
Un poema, una oda, una historia, sin disfraz, decorado o accesorio.
Degustación :
Se sirve hirviendo para consumir sin contención.

Ponedla en uno de los cuatro idiomas que se imparten en la EOI "Mar de Viñas" en una hoja de
papel de formato A3 y decoradla a vuestro gusto, luego entregadla a vuestro profesor hasta el
15 de abril 2016.
Todas las frases entregadas se colgarán con motivo del día del libro en el pasillo de la EOI.
El ganador recibirá como premio una "Antología de frases célebres"
