Parent Web Portal Guide
The Parent Portal is accessible via the World Wide Web. It is accessed by using a browser application to
reach the portal address. The portal is accessed and used by performing three steps.
Step 1.
Select a browser and type the following address into the address box
http://pschool.rgccisd.org/public
Step 2. Create your account.
Fill the required fields with the information that is being
requested. You must fill in all fields.
Assign yourself you own login username and password. Be sure to use 6 or more alphanumeric
characters. Retype the password to make sure that your password takes correctly.
Step 3.
This is the most important step. You will be given a letter that holds the information for your
child or children’s access information. Each student has their own unique access code and access
password. This information will be the only way to allow you to complete the account process and to
allow you to view the information for your child or children.
In this process you must fill in the student Name, the access ID, the access password and the
relationship to the student. Once this is done, select the submit button to complete the account
creation process
