Follow these steps to ACCEPT an assignment. You will have 5 natural days upon receiving your
placement message.
If you fail to ACCEPT your assigned position, we understand you are waiving your right
to participate in this current process and your application will be discarded.
Placements are FINAL. There will be no options to change an assigned placement.
1. Access Profex: www.educacion.gob.es/profex
a. Click mantenimiento de CV

b. Personal username and password
c. Click Acceso al trámite

2. Access Auxiliares de Conversación and unfold its options.
Click here
3. Click first Gestión de solicitudes and then Aceptación y Renuncia de candidatos.
Click here
4. Select first 2014 - Auxiliares Extranjeros en España and then click Buscar.
a. Select 2014-……
b. Click here

5. Click Aceptación.
Click here
Your status should
now be Adjudicada.

You will access personal info and YOUR PLACEMENT. Click Aceptar.

Doublecheck.
If correct, this message will appear:
“ El proceso terminó correctamente”
Your status should be
Aceptada.

You will receive a confirmation email from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports.
REMEMBER: You have 5 natural days to accept. If you fail to ACCEPT your position
within this period, your application will be disregarded and we will move on to other
candidates.
If you fail to ACCEPT your assigned position, we understand you are waiving your right to
participate in this current process and your application will be discarded.
Reply ASAP, please. We will appreciate your cooperation: That way your position will be
assigned to another wait-listed applicant.
