Estimado padres de un estudiante Aprendices de Inglés:
El Distrito Escolar de Morgan Hill recibe fondos de Título III del gobierno federal para ayudar a los
Aprendices de Inglés hablar, leer y escribir en inglés y para lograr la lectura y matemáticas.
Distritos escolares y otras agencias que reciben fondos de Titulo III son revisados cada año como
es requerido bajo La ley Ningún niño se queda atrás (No Child Left Behind Act) para ver si logran
los objetivos mensurables anuales de logro para los aprendices de inglés:

Progreso en el porcentaje de estudiantes que pasan a un nivel proficiente en inglés.
Objetivos académicos en Ingles y matemáticas.
Por favor tome nota que los cambios fueron hechos para el reporte de responsabilidad de Titulo
III para el año 2014-2015. A causa de la nueva ley Cada Estudiante Triunfa (Every Student
Succeeds Act), no habrá nuevas determinaciones de los anuales objetivos mensurables de logro
(AMAO) para el año escolar de 2014-2015. El Distrito Escolar de Morgan Hill mantendrá su
estado de mejoramiento de 4+ del año escolar de 2013-2014. El reporte complete puede ser

ANNUAL MEASUREABLE ACHIEVEMENT OBJECTIVES (AMAO)
TITLE III PARENT NOTIFICATION LETTER
Dear Parent or Guardian of an EL Student :
Morgan Hill Unified School District receives Title III funding from the federal government to help
English Learners to speak, read, and write in English and to achieve in reading and mathematics.
School districts and other agencies that receive Title III funds are reviewed each year, as required
under the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act of 2001, to see if they meet the three Annual
Measurable Achievement Objectives (AMAOs) for their English learners:

Progress in learning English.
Progress in the percentage of students who become proficient in English.
Academic targets in English-language arts and mathematics.
Please note that changes were made to the 2014–15 Title III Accountability Reporting system
this year. Due to the newly enacted Every Student Succeeds Act, there will be no new AMAO
determinations for the 2014–15 school year. Morgan Hill Unified School District will maintain its
improvement status of Year 4+ from the 2013-2014 school year. The full report can be viewed at
