ELIST aims at stimulating entrepreneurship activity among rural populations by providing innovative learning tools, as well as creating the conditions for young urban populations to migrate to rural
areas.
ELIST tiene como objetivo estimular el espíritu emprendedor entre la población rural, proporcionando herramientas de aprendizaje innovadoras, y creando condiciones para que la población
urbana joven emigre a las zonas rurales.
ELIST therefore will foster employability and mobility of target groups by providing hands-on and
inclusive learning methods to improve their competences (knowledge, skills and behaviour) and
at the same time address emerging practices on the topic of sustainable development in the rural
sector with tangible outcomes at the European level.
Por tanto, ELIST fomentará la empleabilidad y la movilidad del público objetivo (destinatarios),
proporcionandoles métodos de aprendizaje prácticos e inclusivos para mejorar sus competencias (conocimientos, habilidades y comportamientos) y, al mismo tiempo, abordar las prácticas
emergentes en el tema de desarrollo sostenible en el sector rural con resultados tangibles a nivel
europeo.

OBJETIVOS
The development and consolidation of entrepreneurial competences (knowledge, skills and
attitude) in rural populations, aiming at creating new pathways for employment with non-formal
and informal learning activities;
El desarrollo y la consolidación de las competencias empresariales (conocimientos, habilidades
y actitud) en las comunidades rurales, con el fin de crear nuevas formas de trabajar a través de
actividades de aprendizaje no formal e informal;
The contribution to a positive impact on local development in a sustainable way, considering
the environment, the economy and the social context.
La contribución a un impacto positivo en el desarrollo local de manera sostenible, teniendo en
cuenta el medio ambiente, la economía y el contexto social
OUTCOMES AND ACTIVITIES
ELIST is developing a pilot training course on entrepreneurship competences including a curricula, a blended learning training method (residential and elearning), an open access internet
networking platform, and guidelines for multipliers and for ECVET (European Credit System for
Vocational Education and Training) framework practitioners.
In order to prepare a solid basis for sustainable impact in the regions one focus is given to
capacity building of rural population and communities with the special support of a mentoring
programme, a cooperation plan between policy-makers (public authorities), Vocational
Education & Training providers in general, active civil society organisations (CSO) as well as
other representative of the related sector.

RESULTADOS Y ACTIVIDADES
ELIST está desarrollando un curso piloto de formación en habilidades de negocios que incluyen
un plan de estudios, un método de formación mixta (presencial y e-learning), una plataforma
on line abierta, y unas directrices para los multiplicadores y los profesionales del marco ECVET
(sistema europeo de créditos para la educación y la formación profesional).
Con el fin de preparar una base sólida para un impacto sostenible en las regiones nos centramos en desarrollar las capacidades de la población y las comunidades con el apoyo especial
de un programa de mentores, un plan de cooperación entre los responsables políticos (agencias gubernamentales), los profesionales de educación y formación profesional en general,
organizaciones de la sociedad civil (OSC) y otros representantes relacionados con el sector.
