ANOINTING OF THE SICK
The Anointing of the Sick is not a sacrament for those only
who are at the point of death. Hence, as soon as anyone of the
faithful begins to be in danger of death from sickness or old age,
the fitting time for him to receive this sacrament has certainly
already arrived. (CCC 1514)
If a person is in need of Anointing of the Sick, please call the
parish office for a priest at 602-242-1300.
If the parish office is closed and there is an immediate danger
of death, please call the after-hours emergency number at
602-246-3534. The after-hours number may only be used for life
and death emergencies.

PIPE ORGAN INSTALLATION
INSTALLATION
The new Cathedral Pipe Organ
is being installed in October!
For safety reasons, the Cathedral will need to be closed
at certain points during the installation.
From Monday, October 10th through Friday, October 21st
the 6:15 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. Masses will be held in St. Bridget’s Room,
located across from the Parish Office next to Smith Hall.
There will be NO Tuesday 6:30 p.m. Masses on October 11th and 18th.
Confessions are available on Saturdays from 9AM -11AM only
during the installation. That means there will be
no Confessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays during the installation.
Sunday Masses, including the Saturday Vigil Masses will not be affected.
The Adoration Chapel will remain open at all times and may be accessed through
the west entrance of the Cathedral as usual. The Holy Doors of Mercy will remain
open from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Thank you for your patience during the installation.
Once the Cathedral Pipe Organ installation is complete,
the Mass locations and Confession times will return to normal.

Healing Prayer dates for October will be Oct. 10th,

INSTALACIÓN DEL NUEVO ÓRGANO
¡El Órgano nuevo de la Catedral
será instalado en Octubre!
A partir del lunes, 10 de octubre hasta el viernes, 21 de octubre,
las Misas de 6:15 a.m. y 8:30 a.m. tendrán lugar en el Salón St. Bridget,
ubicado frente a la Oficina Parroquial junto al Salón Smith.
NO habrá Misas los martes de 6:30 p.m. el 11 y 18 de octubre.
Habrá Confesiones los sábados de 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. solamente durante la
instalación. Esto significa que no habrá Confesiones los martes, jueves o
viernes durante la instalación.
Las Misas los domingos y Misas de Vigilia los sábados no serán afectadas.
La Capilla de Adoración permanecerá abierta a todas horas y se puede
acceder a través de la entrada posterior de la Iglesia como de costumbre.
La Puerta Santa estará abierta desde las 6:00 a.m. hasta las 9:00 p.m.
