NOTICE
Preparation and testing of all voting machines to be used in the November 8, 2016 General Election
will be conducted by the County Clerk’s staff at the Lea County Road Department, 5915 Lovington
Highway, Hobbs, New Mexico. The preparation and testing schedule is listed below:
LOCATION OF VOTING MACHINES
Early voting at the Lea County Courthouse,
Lea County Annex Office Complex,
Lea County Event Center, Eunice Community
Center, City of Jal & Absentee voting
DATE & TIME OF PREPARATION & TESTING
Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 7:00 a.m.
Election Day voting at Voting Convenience Centers
Beginning Friday, September 30, 2016 at 7:00 a.m.
thru Sunday, October 2, 2016 at 5:00 p.m.
continuing Friday, October 7, 2016 at 7:00 a.m.
thru Sunday, October 9, 2016 at 5:00 p.m.,
continuing Friday, October 14, 2016 at 7:00 a.m.
until all machines are completed.

Empezando viernes 30 de septiembre 2016 a
las 7:00 a.m. hasta domingo 2 de octubre
2016 a las 5:00 p.m. continuando viernes 7 de
octubre 2016 a las 7:00 a.m. hasta domingo 9 de
octubre 2016 a las 5:00 p.m. continuando viernes,
14 de octubre 2016 a las 7:00 a.m. hasta que
todas las maquinas se completan.
