Por medio de la presente licencia, el LICENCIANTE autoriza expresamente al LICENCIATARIO a incluir
la obra atrás identificada en la REVISTA DE DERECHO PRIVADO, publicación editada y distribuida por
medios físicos y/o digitales por el DEPARTAMENTO DE DERECHO CIVIL de la UNIVERSIDAD
EXTERNADO DE COLOMBIA.
Para el efecto, el LICENCIANTE autoriza al LICENCIATARIO a ejercer de manera gratuita los derechos
de reproducción, distribución y comunicación de la obra de su autoría, en cualquier tipo de soporte
(físico o digital), así como para realizar las modificaciones formales y técnicas que se requieran
para el ejercicio de los derechos apenas mencionados.
El LICENCIANTE declara que es el titular de los derechos patrimoniales autorizados mediante la
presente licencia y que sobre estos no ha contraído ni contraerá compromisos o gravámenes de
ninguna especie que atenten contra los derechos del LICENCIATARIO.
El LICENCIANTE declara que la obra es original e inédita y fue realizada sin violar o usurpar
derechos de autor de terceros. Garantiza que no contiene citas o transcripciones de obras no
debidamente referenciadas; tampoco declaraciones difamatorias contra terceros, ni contrarias al
orden público y a las buenas costumbres.
La presente licencia no incluye los derechos morales que tiene el autor sobre la obra, que seguirán
en cabeza de este, de conformidad con las normas que rigen la materia.

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE LICENSE, RESPONSIBILITIES AND RIGHTS
Through this license, the LICENSOR expressly authorizes the LICENSEE to include the work behind
identified in REVISTA DE DERECHO PRIVADO, publication published and distributed by physical
means and/or digital by CIVIL LAW DEPARTMENT of the UNIVERSIDAD EXTERNADO DE COLOMBIA.
To that end, the LICENSOR authorizes the LICENSEE to exercise the rights to reproduction,
distribution, and communication on the work of his own for free, by any means of data support
(physical or digital), as well as the right to make the changes required in order to exercise the
aforementioned rights.
The LICENSOR warrants his ownership of the economic rights in the work authorized through this
license. Likewise, the LICENSOR manifest on authorized economic rights has not contracted or
contract commitments or charges of any kind that infringe upon the rights of the LICENSEE.
The LICENSOR declares that the work is original, unpublished and performed without violating the
copyright of third parties. It guarantees that it contains no quotes or transcriptions of works not
properly referenced; that it contains no statements defamatory against third parties, nor contrary to
public order and good morals.
This license does not imply the transfer of moral rights from the owner of the copyright; therefore
the aforementioned rights will remain based in head of the author, according to the rules governing
that matter.
