OBJETO DE LA LICENCIA:
A través de la presente licencia, el LICENCIANTE autoriza
expresamente al LICENCIATARIO a incluir la obra atrás identificada
en (nombre de la publicación), publicación editada y distribuida por
medios físicos y/o digitales por (facultad, departamento, centro de
investigaciones) de la UNIVERSIDAD EXTERNADO DE COLOMBIA. Para
el efecto, el LICENCIANTE autoriza al LICENCIATARIO para ejercer de
manera gratuita los siguientes derechos sobre la obra de su autoría:
- Reproducción, en las modalidades de fijación en soporte físico
y/o de cambio de formato a través de la técnica de scanner
u otra análoga que permita su posterior distribución digital.
- Distribución de los ejemplares

publicación atrás mencionada.

- Comunicación pública mediante la puesta a disposición de la
OBRA, a través del acceso al sitio web de la publicación virtual
que la Universidad disponga para tal fin.
- Introducción de variaciones a la presentación de la OBRA,
únicamente para efectos de realizar el cambio de formato de
la misma para adaptarla a la reproducción o distribución
digital.
DERECHOS MORALES:
La autorización atrás mencionada no implica la cesión de los
derechos morales que tiene el AUTOR sobre la OBRA toda vez que,
de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 30 de la Ley 23 de
1982 y Artículo 11 de la Decisión Andina 351 de 1993, estos derechos
son irrenunciables, imprescriptibles, inembargables e inalienables. Por
lo tanto los mencionados derechos seguirán radicados en cabeza
del AUTOR.
RESPONSABILIDADES DEL LICENCIANTE:
El LICENCIANTE será responsable frente al LICENCIATARIO de:
- La titularidad de derechos patrimoniales sobre la de la OBRA.
- El ejercicio pacífico de los derechos patrimoniales cuyo
ejercicio autoriza mediante la presente LICENCIA.
Así mismo, manifiesta que sobre los derechos patrimoniales
autorizados no ha contraído ni contraerá compromisos o
gravámenes de ninguna especie que atenten contra los derechos
que corresponden al LICENCIATARIO.
RESPONSABILIDADES DEL LICENCIATARIO:
El LICENCIATARIO será responsable frente al LICENCIANTE de cumplir
estrictamente con los términos establecidos en la presente LICENCIA,
haciendo uso de la obra únicamente mediante las formas de
explotación que han sido aquí expresamente autorizadas por el
titular de derechos sobre la misma.
BUENAS PRÁCTICAS EDITORIALES:
El LICENCIANTE declara que la obra es original e inédita y fue
realizada sin violar o usurpar derechos de autor de terceros.
Garantiza que no contiene citas o transcripciones de obras no
debidamente referenciadas; que no contiene declaraciones
difamatorias contra terceros, ni contrarias al orden público y a las
buenas costumbres.

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE LICENSE:
Through this license, the licensor expressly authorizes the licensee to
include the work behind identified in (name of publication),
publication published and distributed by physical means and/or
digital (Faculty, Department) of the UNIVERSIDAD EXTERNADO DE
COLOMBIA. To that end, the licensor authorizes the licensee to
exercise the following rights on the work of his own for free:
- Reproduction, in patterns of fixation on hardware and/or
change of format through the technique of scanner or another
analog to digital distribution.

inalienable. Therefore the aforementioned rights will remain based in

or contract commitments or charges of any kind that infringe upon
the rights of the licensee.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LICENSEE:
The licensee will be liable to the licensor comply strictly with the terms
set forth in this license, making use of the work only through the forms
of exploitation that have been here expressly authorized by the
owner.
PUBLICATION ETHICS STATEMENT:
The licensor declares that the work is original, unpublished and
performed without violating the copyright of third parties. It
guarantees that it contains no quotes or transcriptions of works not
properly referenced; that it contains no statements defamatory
against third parties, nor contrary to public order and good morals.
