The economical crisis that we have lived from the 2007th year, it has caused that
adult people who worked inserted in the theirs jobs and in theirs social environment
has been forced to send off the working market and they validate that their scholar
and technological knowledges are really basics and they can not aim for a
professional insertion in the same conditions that other people who are prepared to

insert directly in these areas of work.
In this study wants to show in two differents facets the educational and the working
ones, which are the difficulties for labour insertion of theses adults people that over
theirs eighteens are considered as adults people lawfully and socially.
With this academical study, it´s important to emphasize the traineeship during the
whole life and not only to widen the working chances but to enrich all the society
with the knowledges, skills, abilities, and capacities of citizens.

La crisis económica que vivimos desde el año 2007 ha hecho que muchas
personas adultas que trabajaban insertadas laboral y socialmente en nuestra
sociedad, hayan salido del mercado de trabajo, y se encuentren que sus niveles
escolares y su conocimiento de las nuevas tecnologías son muy básicos y no
pueden optar a una inserción profesional en las mismas condiciones que aquellos
que sí están preparados en estas áreas.

Por ello este estudio pretende abordar desde dos ámbitos de trabajo el educativo y
el laboral, aquellas razones que dificultan la inserción laboral a estas personas que
ya desdelos dieciocho años se consideran personas adultas jurídicamente como
laboralmente.
Con este estudio se ha querido resaltar la importancia que tiene para las personas
el aprendizaje a lo largo de toda la vida, y ya no solo con la idea de ampliar las
oportunidades de la empleabilidad sino de
enriquecer a la sociedad con los
conocimientos, destrezas y capacidades de los ciudadanos.
