INSTRUCTIONS FOR DECLARED WRITE-IN CANDIDATE FOR PRESIDENT
The declaration must be accompanied by written statements signed by each presidential elector giving their
written consent to be an elector for the presidential candidate (total of 38 electors).
The declaration, together with the written statements, must be filed with the Secretary of State no later than
5:00 p.m. of the 78th day before election day.
