VIII.- Refund and Payment Conditions / Condiciones de Devolución y Pagos
1. Written acceptance of all refund conditions and procedures is required from parents or legal guardians as a prerequisite for their child’s enrollment in
________________________________________ Academy following Oak International programs. /Los padres de familia han de aceptar, previamente por escrito las
condiciones y las modalidades de devolución como requisito indispensable para que su hija/o sea aceptada en la Academia________________________________________
siguiendo los programas de Oak International.
2. The booking fee is non-refundable. / El pago de solicitud de admisión no está sujeto a devolución.
3. In order to calculate the amount to be refunded, the academic year is divided into periods. / Para el cálculo de la cantidad de devolución sobre Colegiatura y
Alojamiento, se ha dividido el curso en períodos.
4. No refunds will be made on payments related to extended trips unless written cancellation notice is acknowledged by a recognized representative of Oak
Management, Ltd. and/or________________________________________ Academy eight weeks prior to the first day of the trip, and those cases, we well refund
just 75% of the amount of the trip. /No se hará devolución por concepto de viajes extendidos. Sin embargo, si la petición de devolución fue entregada a uno de
los representantes reconocidos de Oak Management, Ltd., y/o la Academia________________________________________ (pedir recibo) con ocho semanas antes
del inicio del viaje, sí habrá devolución. En estos casos devolveremos el 75% del precio del viaje.
Extended trips are those that last more than three continuous days and/or those which involve national or international air travel/Viajes extendidos son aquellos
que su duración es por más de tres días seguidos o aquellos que tienen vuelos nacionales o internacionales.
5. The students´ personal account refund request must be sent to the Academy´s Administration, and the balance will be
forwarded as specified in the Academy´s Rules and Regulations./ La Solicitud de Devolución de Cuotas Personales deberá dirigirse a la Administración de la
Academia y la cantidad aún disponible será devuelta a la fecha de la petición por parte de la familia como se ha especificado en el "Reglamento de la Academia".
6. Christmas trip must be paid before October 1st and the Easter trip must be paid before January 9th / El viaje de Navidad debe estar pagado antes del 1º de
Octubre y el viaje de Pascua debe estar pagado antes del 9 de Enero.
7. According to the following chart, any student who does not cover the required percentage of Tuition and Boarding by the deadlines shown will be sent home.
The airline fare will be charged to the student’s Personal Account. Any remaining balance will be billed to the parents. / De acuerdo con la siguiente tabla,
cualquier estudiante que no haya cubierto los porcentajes requeridos de Colegiatura y Alojamiento para las fechas límite mostradas será regresado a casa. La tarifa
aérea será cargada a la Cuenta Personal de el/la estudiante. Cualquier adeudo será cobrado a los padres de familia.
