1. DEVOLUCIONES / REFUNDS
1.1. Devolución Total / Full Refund
Sólo se efectuará la devolución total del importe abonado antes del comienzo del curso en los
siguientes casos:
• La dirección cierra el grupo en el cual un alumno está matriculado
• Un alumno que se matricula en el siguiente nivel antes de saber si ha aprobado suspende el
anterior y no desea repetir nivel, es decir, se ha matriculado en el nivel antes de que sus notas
se cuelguen en nuestro portal.
We will only refund the total amount paid before the beginning of the course in the following
cases:
• The centre closes the group in which the student was registered
• The student has registered in the following level prior to receiving the results of the current level,
the student fails and does not wish to repeat i.e. before the report card is published in our portal.
1.2. Devolución Parcial / Partial Refund
Se procederá a la devolución del importe abonado por el alumno menos la cantidad de 60 € en
concepto de gastos administrativos en los siguientes casos:
• El alumno cancela por escrito antes del primer día de su clase, en los cursos trimestrales
• El alumno cancela por escrito antes del 24 de junio el curso de Comunicación Oral de julio y el
25 de julio el curso de septiembre.
Se procederá a la devolución del importe abonado por el alumno menos la cantidad de 100 € en
concepto de gastos administrativos en el siguiente caso:
•
el alumno cancela por escrito antes del 24 de junio, en el curso de verano
The centre will reimburse the total amount paid for a student minus the administrative fees of €60
in the following case:
• The student cancels in writing before the first day of his/her class, in the termly academic year
courses
• The student cancels in writing before June 24 for the July Oral Communication Skills courses or
July 25 for the September courses.
The centre will reimburse the total amount paid for a student minus the administrative fees of
€100 in the following case:
• The student cancels in writing before the June 14, in the 100-hour summer courses.
En ningún otro supuesto, aparte de los contemplados en los apartados 1.1 y 1.2, se
procederá a la devolución total o parcial del importe abonado.
In no other case, apart from those described in sections 1.1 and 1.2 will a total or partial refund of
the amount paid be given.
1.3. Tramitación de la devolución / Refund Procedure
Las devoluciones se efectuarán por el departamento de contabilidad mediante transferencia
bancaria y tardarán aproximadamente quince días en tramitarse. No se efectuarán devoluciones
en efectivo o mediante tarjeta de crédito o débito.
Refunds will be paid by bank transfer by the accounts department and can take up to
approximately fifteen days to process. Refunds cannot be made in cash or credit or debit card.
