MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND HUMAN MOBILITY Economist Ricardo Patiño Ricardo Armando Patiño Aroca, Ecuador, Guayaquil. He graduated as Economist in May 1979 at the “Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana – Iztalalapa” (Mexico City, Mexico) with the diploma "Best student of Economics at “Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana". Later in November 2001 he completed his post-graduate studies at the Universidad Internacional de Andalucía, La Rabida (Spain) and achieved the title of Master of Economic Development. He also has a recognized academic career. He worked as a professor at “Universidad de Guayaquil” (Faculty of Economic Sciences and Communication), and at “Escuela Superior Politécnica” (Faculty of Tourism) and at “Universidad Autónoma- Iztalalapa” (México).
