HOSPITAL COMMUNION RITE
Lord’s Prayer:
At the savior’s command and formed by diving teaching, we
dare to say:
Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy
kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven,
Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our
trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and
lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen
(Removes the host and holds it just above the pyx saying)
Behold the Lamb of God, behold Him who takes away the
sins of the world. Blessed are those called to the supper of
the Lamb.
(The minister says with the communicant)
Lord, I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof,
but only say the word and my soul shall be healed.
The Body of Christ.
Amen.
Let us Pray:
Father, almighty and eternal God, our brother (sister) has
received the Eucharist with faith in you and in your healing
power. May the body and blood of Christ bring him (her)
lasting health in mind and body, we ask this in faith and in
the name of Jesus Christ Our Lord. Amen
** SPIRITUAL COMMUNION
Jesus, I believe you are present in the Blessed Sacrament. I
love you above all thing, and I long for you. Since I cannot
now receive you in the Sacrament, come spiritually into my
heart and remain in me forever. I embrace you and unite
myself entirely to you. Never permit me to be separated
from you. Amen
LA SANTA COMUNION
El Padre Nuestro:
De cuerpo y alma. Te lo pedimos con fe, en el nombre de
Jesucristo nuestro señor. Amén.
Fieles a la recomendación del Salvador y siguiendo su
divina enseñanza, nos atrevemos a decir:
**Comunión Espiritual
Padre nuestro, que estás en el cielo, santificado sea tu
Nombre; venga a nosotros tu reino; hágase tu voluntad en
la tierra como en el cielo, Danos hoy nuestro pan de cada
día; perdona nuestras ofensas, como también nosotros
perdonamos a los que nos ofenden; no nos dejes caer en la
tentación, y líbranos del mal. Amén
[El ministro eleva la hostia ante los ojos del enfermo,
diciendo:]
Este es el cordero de dios que quita el pecado del mundo,
dichosos los invitados a la cena del Señor.
[El ministro reza con el enfermo:]
Señor, no soy digno de que entres en mi casa, pero una
palabra tuya bastará para sanarme.
El Cuerpo de Cristo.

Oremos:
Padre, Dios Todopoderoso y
Eterno, Nuestro Hermano
(Nuestra Hermana) Ha recibido la
Eucaristía con fe en ti y en tu
Poder para sanar. Que el cuerpo
Y la Sangre de Cristo le conceda salud
Oh, Buen Jesús yo creo que tú estás presente
En el Santísimo Sacramento. Te amo sobre todas las cosas
y deseo recibirte. Aunque
Yo no puedo ahora recibirte en el Sacramento,
Dígnate entrar espiritualmente en mi corazón y permanece
conmigo. Te abrazo y me uno completamente a ti. Nunca
permitas que me separe de ti.
