Ensamblaje de Chardonnay y Sauvignon
blanc. Meloso y elegante. La Chardonnay y
el Sauvignon blanc, son ambas uvas
foráneas de origen francés. La primera
típica de Borgoña, y la segunda de Burdeos
y del valle del Loira. La Chardonnay es la
variedad blanca más extendida y popular de
todo el mundo. Da lugar a vinos
equilibrados y con bouquet fresco de frutas
maduras, con toques exóticos y florales.
Raya lo dulce (miel) sin llegar a serlo,
además con justa proporción de acidez.
Finalmente la sauvignon aporta flores
blancas silvestres.
Vino amarillo pajizo. Aroma intenso limpio
y fresco con notas de frutas tropicales
unidas por cierto dulzor que confiere
además al vino sensación de peso en boca,
complejidad y estructura. Magnifica acidez
que constituye su columna vertebral
acompañada por cierta textura grasa.
Vino estructurado, equilibrado y armónico.
Se comercializa en cajas de 6 botellas de
75cl.
Wine produced from Chardonnay and
Sauvignon Blanc. Charming and sweet.
Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, are
both of them from France. The first one is
typical from Bourgogne, and the second
one from Bordeaux and from Loire valley.
Chardonnay is the most extend and
popular white variety over all the world. It
produces equilibrates wines with fresh and
floral bouquet (white fruits), and also
certain exotic touch. Near to sweet
(honey), with a just acidity. Finally
Sauvignon Blanc gives light sylvester
notes.
Straw-yellow colour wine. Fresh, clean and
intense aroma with white fruits notes and
tropical touches joined by a little sweet. On
the palate is strong but also charming.
Complex and well structured. Finally it has
a correct acidity which becomes his main
stay mixed with certain greasy texture.
It s commercialized in cases of 6 bottles.

Tasting notes and suggestions
Color amarillo pajizo, aroma limpio y fresco. Frutal
Untuoso y glicérico en boca. Armónico. Se recomienda
maridar con arroces y pescados blancos / Straw-Yellow
colour, clean and fresh in noise. Fruity in mouth is soft
glyceric and harmonic. It s recommended to marry with rice
and white fishes.
Se recomienda consumir a 8-10o de temperatura y
conservar en condiciones constantes de temperatura y
humedad y ausencia de luz. Consumir en 12 meses /
