INFORMATION
CONTRIBUCION: Todas las contribuciones que se ajusten a
nuestros propósitos y alcances serán bienvenidas. Los manuscritos
deberán redactarse en forma de artículos completos, ya sea que se
trate de artículos de investigación, artículos de revisión, notas técnicas y de ingeniería, comunicaciones cortas o artículos cortos
nuevos sobre avances tecnológicos iberoamericanos. NOTA:
Los artículos de revisión y otros artículos' invitados, también serán
publicados. La selección de los autores invitados es basada en el
juicio del Editor-en-jefe. Todos los artículos deben ser tan concisos como sea posible, y las contribuciones deben ser significativas
y de alta calidad.

AII contributions which conform to our aim and scope
ore welcome. Manuscripts received are in the form of full-Iength research
papers, reviewarticles, tecbnical and engineering notes, sbort communieations
and letters, and sbort netos articles on iberoamerican tecbnologicai aduances. A
tapie section is also provided and its col/aborators are appointed time to time by
the editors to scientists from only latinoatnerican states. N O TE: Tbe invited

IDIOMAS: Los artículos son publicados en español, portugués,
inglés o francés. Cuando se trate de un idioma diferente del inglés,
debe suministrarse una hoja separada conteniendo la traducción,
del título y del resumen, a este idioma,
LANGUAGES:
Articles are published in Spanisb, Portuguese, English or
Frencb. A separate sheet of English translation of title headings and abstracts
of all manuscripts in the languages otber than English must be simultaneously
submitted with tbe manuscripts.
MANUSCRITO: Los manuscritos deberán estar escritos a doble
espacio y con amplio margen a un lado, en papel blanco de buena
calidad y de tamaño 21.5 X 28 cm. El formato requerido y las referencias para el manuscrito seránenun estilo similar al de la revista
de "Material Science and Engineering; An International ]ournal". NOTA: El autor deberá indicar en el manuscrito el lugar
donde desea que aparezcan los dibujos y las fotograHas.

ampie margins on one side ofgood quality white paper with the size 21.5 X28
cm. Tbe required format amI references for tbe manuscript sbosld be in the
similar style of"Materials Science and Engineering: Al/ Internatianal journa!". NOTE: Author must indieate in tbe manuscript u/bere tbe autbor wishes
drawings and pbotograpbes to appear.

ACEPTACION DE ARTlCULOS:'Un dístínguldo grupo de Editores Regionales cooperará con el Editor-en-]efe. Los Editores
Regionales realizarán la preselección de los manuscritos basados
en el juicio de sus propios árbitros. La decisión final de la aceptación de todas las contribuciones será tomada por el Editor-en-jefe,
guiado por el consejo de los Editores Regionales y de otros árbltros
competentes.
SEPARATAS: Un total de 30 separaras de cada artículo publicado
en la Revista será suministrado sin costo adicional.
PREMIOS DE LA REVISTA: La Revista Latinoamericana concederá un premio anual para el mejor artículo y una mención h~p,prífíca ocasional en forma de diploma. El premio anual será otorgado
al mejor de los artículos previamente seleccionado por los Editores Regionales, de cada región de origen. Cada Editor Regional
seleccionará y recomendará los tres mejores artículos recibidos.
La mención honorífica de la Revista es dada a los científicos e innovadores más renombrados mundialmente en nuestras profesiones.
Esta decisión es tomada por el consenso del Editor-en-jefe y los
Editores Asociados para los científicos y por la recomendación del
Consejo Directivo para los innovador es.
NOTA: La ~itación de esta revista como referencia en otras publicaciones deberá hacerse bajo la siguiente abreviación: Latin.Am],
Met. Mot. para los textos en inglés yReo. Latin.Am. Met. Mal. para los
textos en otros idiomas latinos.
