* La firma de esta autorización incluye consentimiento para la parte oral (speaking) y la parte escrita del examen. La parte
oral puede ser en una fecha distinta a la de la parte escrita.
Deberá mostrar la autorización el día de la prueba oral y entregarla al personal de British Council el día de la prueba
escrita.

INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE:
Les informamos de que, a pesar de aportar la autorización firmada, los menores no podrán abandonar las instalaciones
(ni solos ni acompañados) durante los descansos programados, únicamente a la finalización del examen.
MENORES DE ENTRE 0 Y 10 AÑOS – RECOGIDA A LA FINALIZACIÓN DEL EXAMEN:
Los menores cuyas edades estén comprendidas entre 0 y 10 años no podrán abandonar las instalaciones a la finalización
del examen sin la presencia de su padre, madre, tutor legal o persona autorizada a tal efecto. La recogida de menores se
realizará por número de candidato (incluido en la confirmación y horario de examen) por lo que rogamos tomen nota del
mismo.
MENORES DE ENTRE 11 Y 17 AÑOS – RECOGIDA A LA FINALIZACIÓN DEL EXAMEN:
Los menores de entre 11 y 17 podrán abandonar las instalaciones a la finalización solo si esta autorización es aportada el
día del examen al comienzo del mismo.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
We inform you that, despite providing a signed consent, under 18 candidates may not leave the premises (either alone or
accompanied) during scheduled breaks, only at the end of the examination.
CHILDREN AGED 0 TO 10 – PICK UP AT THE END OF THE EXAMINATION
Candidates under the age of 11 will not be allowed to leave the exam premises at the end of the examination without
parents or legal guardians being present at the exam venue.
CHILDREN AGED 11 TO 17 – PICK UP AT THE END OF THE EXAMINATION
Candidates between 11 and 17 years of age will be allowed to leave the premises at the end of the examination providing
they bring a signed copy of this form.
