TO THE SPANISH SECURITIES MARKET Fluidra, S.A. (the "Company"), pursuant to the provisions of article 82 of Act 24/1988 on the Securities Market, hereby issues the following: RELEVANT F A C T Following the sale of its shareholding in the Company, Grupo Corporativo Empresarial de la Caja de Ahorros y Monte de Piedad de Navarra, S.A. Unipersonal submitted its resignation as the Company’s director representing the controlling shareholders through its attorney-in-fact, Pedro Zarraluqui Arvizu, on 4 October 2013. Consequently, as the individual representing Grupo Corporativo Empresarial de la Caja de Ahorros y Monte de Piedad de Navarra, S.A. Unipersonal, Mr Eduardo López Milagro was removed from his post as a Company director representing the controlling shareholders, as reflected in the noncertified copy of Mr López Milagro's letter of resignation sent to the Company's NonMember Secretary.
