Adult ESL Classes
Chino Valley Unified School District is offering English classes to all adults in our community who would like
to take advantage of this great opportunity. It is free, and most important, it will be here at Levi Dickey
Elementary. In order for the District to provide this service we MUST have at least 20 adults signed up.
We encourage you to take on this valuable commitment that will not only help you learn English, but will help
you become more involved and understand your child’s education.
Classes include:



English instruction in speaking, listening, conversation, and pronunciation
English vocabulary, spelling, grammar and reading
Registration/Assessment will be done on the first day of class
Please Note: Classes will run for approximately two months this year, but will resume for the full year
beginning the following school year. Dates and further details will be posted once determined.
Children are NOT allowed. Adults ONLY.
ESL Classes will be held on:
Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
From April 4th - May 25th , 2016
*ESL classes will resume at the beginning of the school year for school year 2016-2017*

Adult ESL Classes
El Distrito Unificado del Valle de Chino está ofreciendo clases de inglés para todos los adultos de nuestra
comunidad que quieran aprovechar esta gran oportunidad. Son gratis, y lo más importante aún, es que serán
aquí en la escuela Levi Dickey. Para que el distrito escolar pueda ofrecer este servicio, DEBE haber por lo
menos 20 adultos inscritos. Los animamos a que aprovechen este compromiso tan valioso, que no solo le
beneficiará con aprender inglés, pero también a mantenerse mejor informados y más involucrados en la
educación de sus hijos.
Las clases consisten de:



Instrucción en inglés: de hablar, oír, conversación y pronunciación
Vocabulario, ortografía, gramática y lectura en inglés
Inscripciones/Asesorías se conducirán el primer día de clase
Favor de notar: Las clases durarán aproximadamente dos meses este año, pero resumirán al comienzo del
próximo año escolar, y durarán todo el año. Fechas y detalles se fijarán ya que sean determinados.
NO se permiten niños, adultos SOLAMENTE.
Las clases de Inglés se llevarán a cabo:
Lunes y miércoles 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Del 4 de abril - 25 de mayo, 2016
*Las clases de Inglés resumirán al comienzo del año escolar 2016-2017*
