Menores
Los mayores de 14 años y hasta la mayoría de edad del país de
procedencia (en Argentina hasta los 21 años) para obtener el
permiso de ingreso al Parque durante la temporada deberán
presentar en el Centro de Atención de Visitantes una autorización de
ambos padres, firmada ante escribano público o autoridad
competente y certificada por el Colegio de Escribanos del lugar de
residencia.
Es importante que el texto de la autorización sea el mismo que se
publica en la página web.
En caso que el menor ingrese al Parque junto a uno de sus padres,
deberá presentar la autorización firmada por el padre restante, del
mismo modo anteriormente descrito y el padre acompañante
firmará en el momento de obtener el permiso en el Centro de
Informes, una documento donde declara que acompaña al menor
en la expedición y que cualquier infortunio que pudiera ocurrirle al
mismo, corre bajo su responsabilidad.
La firma de la autorización por ambos padres es condición
excluyente para los países donde la Patria Potestad es compartida,
como es el caso de Argentina. En los países donde la Patria Potestad
es indistinta, solo se requerirá que la autorización sea firmada por el
padre que esté a cargo del menor, adjuntando en el momento de
obtener el permiso, copia legalizada del documento que así lo
acredita.
En el caso que el menor sea extranjero, la autorización deberá ser
firmada por un notario público y certificada, en este caso, con la
Apostilla de la Haya, certificación que da validez a los documentos
internacionales.
Minors
Minors between the age of 14 and the legal age according to the
Laws of their country of origin -in Argentina, legal age is 21- shall
hand in an authorization to the Visitor’s Center personnel in order to
purchase the permit to enter the park.
Such authorization shall be signed by both parents and by a Civil
Law Notary Public or by any other competent authority, and certified
by the Association of Notaries Public corresponding to their place of
residence. The text of the authorization shall be the same text
provided in our web site.
If minors wish to enter the park with one of their parents, they shall
present the same authorization with the same formalities above
mentioned but signed only by the absent parent. When purchasing
the permit at the Aconcagua Information Center, the parent who
enters the park with the minor shall sign a disclaimer that states he
will do the expedition with the minor and he is entirely responsible
for anything that may happen to the minor.
The signature of both parents in the minor’s authorization to enter
the park is a mandatory requisite for countries such as Argentina,
where both parents share parental authority. For countries that do
not share parental authority, the parent who is the guardian of the
minor shall sign such authorization and attach thereto a certified
copy of the document proving his/her guardianship.
In the event of a foreign minor, such authorization shall be signed
by a Civil Law Notary Public and certified by The Hague (The World
Court), a certification that validates international documents.
