OFFICIAL STATEMENT
In accordance with General Rule No. 30 of the Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros
and with SACI Falabella’s Manual for Information Management, we communicate the
following:
S.A.C.I. Falabella’s subsidiary, Sociedad Falabella Móvil SpA, on November 7th 2012,
has signed a Virtual Mobile Operator Services Agreement (Contrato de Prestación de
Servicios de Operador Móvil Virtual) with ENTEL PCS TELECOMUNICACIONES S.A.,
by which the latter will provide mobile network services for voice, sms and data, using
Entel mobile network, as well as other additional services according to what was
established in the agreement. The agreement was signed for a period of 3 years and a
half, and can be renewed afterwards.
