Extract of the Material Fact sent to the Chilean Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros (“SVS”) on January 25th, 20161 In connection with the business association between Inversiones La Construcción (“ILC”, the “Company”) and Prudential Financial Inc. (“Prudential”) with respect to the property of the Company’s affiliate, Administradora de Fondos de Pensiones Habitat S.A. (“Habitat”); as of the date hereof the Superintendencia de Pensiones authorized Prudential to acquire directly or indirectly, through Prudential Chile SpA, up to 40.23% of Habitat’s shares.
