FORMACIÓN DEL IMPERFECTO EN FRANCÉS - Para formar el imperfecto hay que tomar la raíz de la 1ª persona del plural del presente de indicativo (NOUS) y añadirle las siguientes desinencias respectivamente: -ais, -ais, -ait, -ions, -iez, -aient. EXEMPLE: Prendre Pésent: Nous prenons Imparfait: Je prenais - Verbos terminados en -GER y -CER: EXEMPLE: Manger Pésent: Nous mangeons Commencer Pésent: Nous commençons Imparfait: Je mangeais, Tu mangeais, Il mangeait, Nous mangions, Vous mangiez Ils mangeaient Imparfait: Je commençais, Tu commençais, Il commençait, Nous commencions, Vous commenciez Ils commençaient IMPERFECTO IRREGULAR: ÊTRE (ver p. 98)
