(4) Please follow the instructions or warnings in the manual to prevent damage to the installation or maintenance personnel, while avoiding damage to the elevator equipment. (5) Please confirm that the connection between ARD and the elevator system is correct before switching on the three-phase power supply. 4. This manual introduces the installation and fixing of ARD, the description of the connection steps, the debugging and use, the failure and elimination methods, etc., and introduces the external signal terminal of ARD. ARD Functional features • This product USA the MICROCHIP company 16-bit DSP microcomputer processor as the control core, ARD the various output signal are controlled by MCU, very accurate, such as the startup time, running time, stop time, etc., can eliminate the malfunction caused by inverter warming-up, etc. • In the normal situation of three-phase power supply, ARD is in standby mode while charging the battery pack. When the three-phase voltage is without power, phase and fault phase, ARD starts to go into reverse mode to provide backup power for the elevator control cabinet; When the three-phase power supply is restored, ARD can quickly switch back to standby mode. • The power failure of the three-phase power supply is 15s or 30s (adjustable) when the power failure of the power supply to ARD can be switched on. The setting of the dialing switch One of the dialing switches is used to control the start delay time:ON:15S;OFF:30S。 The two bits of the dial switch are used to control the reverse output time : ON:180S;OFF:360S。 ARD debugging and instructions 1. The connection between ARD and the elevator control cabinet must be completed in the elevator installation and debugging, and the elevator can be put into operation after normal operation. 2. First disconnect the total power supply of the elevator control cabinet and then connect the link between ARD and the elevator system according to the -7- Power failure relief installation connection. Check and confirm wiring correctly. Please ensure that the three-phase power supply RI SI TI and RO SO TO have no fault, otherwise it will cause ARD irreparable damage. 3. First connect the normal three-phase power supply, then the control switch ON ARD panel ON the ARD panel, the yellow indicator ON ARD panel flashes, ARD is in standby mode, and the battery group is automatically charged. 4. The blue indicator on ARD panel lights up when the three-phase power fails, and the blue indicator on the rear panel flashes, the ARD is in contravariant mode, and the elevator system is supplied with power. After the 180S or 360S, ARD will automatically stop running and wait for the three-phase power supply to return to the standby mode automatically. 5. The product has the function of output short circuit protection, overcurrent protection and battery protection. Battery charging has overpressure, under pressure and overcurrent protection function, which can prevent the battery from being damaged by overpressure, under voltage and overcurrent charging. 6. There is no need for internal debugging after the product leaves the factory.
