Introducción: This paper discusses the development of a hydraulic CNC simulation system design for medium and large foundry-base companies. This system allows an optimization of any molten metal deposition processes, as the deposition of the material would be completely managed by a computer without any human intervention, making it safer and quicker. The CNC simulations model trajectories which can be found in any production line, simulating the CNC moving across a factory. Which can reduce the time of depositions, preventing the reduce of temperature of the molten metal and promoting the safety of the collaborator. This project is driven in software by SIMULINK and in hardware by the ARDUINO Mega development board. With different parameters giving results of the speed and time of the trajectory followed by the CNC machine. Its noun that the optimal speed and time should not surpass 1 cm/s in this scaled model to obtain an optimal result. If not the trajectory may not be followed correctly.
