Corporate Officer for Compliance in Competition Principles and Mission The Siemens LLC has a Corporate Officer for Compliance in Competition, designated by the Chief Executive Officer (the "COCC "). The COCC shall have the duty of ensuring the following: a) that the "Compliance in Competition" program is uniformly observed in all sections of the Company; b) that any legally punishable misconduct within the Company that he comes to know about will be investigated, remedied and disciplinary sanctions applied thereto; c) that subsequent to discovering violations of the law, the effectiveness of the "Compliance in Competition" program will be examined and the necessary changes made, if applicable; d) that in all units of the Siemens LLC every manager (including junior managers) has actually signed his/her declaration of the duty to abide by the law and the Business Conduct Guidelines. The superior will ensure that acknowledgement is carried out and repeated every two years. The Personnel Department shall be in charge of the administrative framework needed for this purpose. The COCC shall report regularly to the CEO of Siemens LLC about every past fiscal year and also on the occasion of special circumstances with regard to the implementation and execution of the "Compliance in Competition" program.
