SEALING O-RING
UPPER END CAP
Ensures reliable tightnes between filter
head and filter element.
Upper end cap holds filter medias together
in compact form. Depending of application
and filter type it can be made of plastic,
aluminium or stainless steel.
INNER STAINLESS STEEL MESH
Stainless steel expanded mesh supports
filtration media and give them stability.
INTERNAL NONWOVEN LAYER
Internal nonwoven layer gives basic
protection of filter media.
COALESCENT FILTER MEDIA
PLEATED FILTER MEDIA
Coalescing filter media collects oil and water
aerosols.
Pleated filter media provides significant
larger surface filter area than wrapped and
lower pressure drop. This layer removes solid
particles.

‘‘B’’ filter element can be cleaned with ultrasonic bath or with back flushing. Intervals of cleaning depends of application. If necessary replace filter element with new one.
Filter elements ’’A, A2, H2’’, must be changed periodically to suit application, but at least every 6 months. Activated carbon filters must not operate in oil saturated conditions.

Compressed air connections
Compressed air threaded connections can be carried
out in the NPT or BSP version. By installing additional
equipment multiple filters of equal size can be joined
together.
Preconfigured holes near the threaded connections are
intended for brackets, which are used for instalation of
filter housing to the wall or to the compressor housing.

AF HT filter housings are designed for very high efficient removal of
solid particles, water and oil aerosols, from compressed air systems
in high temperature applications.
Anodisation (optional)
Cataphoresis (on request)
The main objective of the coating process is to protect
the surfaces from corrosion. This technique also allows
areas which are hard to reach to be painted.
Anodisation is available as an option, cataphoresis on
request.
Flange adapter FA is designed for all products and devices which
cannot be connected to the pipeline without flanges such as: filter
housing, condensate drains, dryers, valves, ….
The product is made of male pipe thread which can be screwed to the
female connection and the flange which can be coupled to another
flange. The Flange adapter FA is completely protected from corrosion
with zinc coating.
To meet the required compressed air quality, appropriate filter
element (BHT, N25HT, N5HT, XRHT, XMHT, XSHT) must be installed
into filter housing.

WS/WM - Wall mounting kit
Wall mounting kits have been developed to easily mount
filter on the wall or other surface.
The kit contains 2 stainless steel consoles (which are
mirrored) and 6 self-tapping screws.
Assembly kits have been developed to connect two or
more air filters together. Construction of assembly kit
is universal and it can be used for any type of filter,
including filters of some other world producers. It is
easy to connect two filters together and it includes
supporting elements for easy mounting on the wall or
other surface.
