Problepms in my community The generation of solid waste in the Ica region grew 25% between 2018 and 2022. In this last year, it reached 170,881 tons, mainly due to the 57,991 tons added annually by Chincha, according to the Environmental Information System. The proposal for change is based on "environmental ethics", which defines, simplifying the contribution of other authors, as "the relationship between human societies and nature, its impact and the well-being of both". A philosophy of life that "demands a question about the way we inhabit and know the world." For Campos, this vision of a sustainable environment must be cultivated from an early age with "the teaching of environmental values" linked to the care of nature.
