Our solution is providing the Hispanic community Virtual Nutrition Services using a HIPAA
compliant platform that ensures Access and effective communication between patients,
customers and our Bilingual Registered Dietitians (RDNs).
Competition/Market Size/Target Market
Our competition are Health Clinics, Nutrition Coaches and Private Practices Nutritionists. The
U.S. Clinical Nutrition Market Size was valued over $11.2 billion in 2019 and it’s expected to
grow at a 7.1% CAGR to 2026. Our target market is Hispanics living in P.R. and the U.S. who
have access to either a computer, tablet, smartphone, and internet.
Revenue Model/Cost Structure
We have two business models for two types of Revenue Streams: 1. Nutrition Consults. For
this service we have two types of clients (with and without Health Insurance). Insurance
companies pay dietitian’s providers an average of $113 for Initial Consults and $56 for the
follow up sessions. The uninsured clients pay $90 for the Initial Consults and $45 for the follow
up sessions. 2. Corporate Services: Nutrition Labeling and Certified Menus. The price for these
services varies from $175-300 per Nutrition Labeling and $400-850 per Certified Menu. All our
services are provided by RDNs with an average wage of $20/hr.
Execution Plan/Go to Market Strategy
2021- Build Alliances with at least 2 physicians, health clinics or other health care
professionals, restaurant chains and other food related industries, become a provider for all
P.R. Health Insurance companies and create awareness. Marketing efforts on social media
platforms and search engines.
2022- Develop our own Bilingual app and software, begin recruitment process, 5 Dietitians
Employed.
2023- 10 Dietitians Employed, begin exportation plan execution, licenses and certifications,
and become a provider for major U.S. Health Insurance companies.
2024- 15 Dietitians Employed and Export professional nutrition services virtually, from Puerto
Rican dietitians to the Hispanic population in the U.S. starting with Florida.
