Packing of 1000mm Gauge Concrete Sleeper 1000mm gauge concrete sleepers are tied up in bundles of twenty using flat steel belt. Each layer contains 4 sleepers, and 5 layers are bundled together as a packaging unit. Between every two layers there are 2 rectangular wood (L*W*H =1050mm*55mm* 40mm), and every two sleepers of the same layer are separated by two wedge blocks.Polyethylene plastic gasket is placed in order to prevent the friction between the sleepers and steel belt. A groove in the pallet timber will be excavated, so that the steel belt can be embedded in the timber.
