X91 Static File Download Date: 25 March 2013 By: Mark Silver, [email protected] Downloading Static Occupation files from CHC receivers using the serial port: 1. Connect receiver to COM port on your PC. (Best if COM1.) 2. Start HCLoader: (Chinese Menus? See end of this document!) After 20 seconds, the serial number and COM port will be displayed on the window top. On the left hand tab, navigate to the folder that you want to download into. Click on the folder. The CGORinex.exe tool will quickly convert from HCN to RINEX files for you. Run the CGORinex tool: Click on the ‘File Open’ icon (shortcut Control-O, menu ‘File: Open’). CGORinex will convert the selected files into RINEX files. The output is placed in a folder named ‘RINEX’ under the input file location: Advanced: If you want to modify the RINEX headers, you can enter data prior to pressing Convert.
